These terms apply to FamilySpace and the FamilySpace plugin for ChatGPT and Codex. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be an adult authorized to coordinate care in the applicable FamilySpace workspace. Accounts are invitation-only. Keep your credentials secure and use only your own account.

Permitted use

Use FamilySpace only for lawful childcare coordination. Do not attempt to access another family’s information, bypass role permissions, disrupt the service, reverse engineer access controls, or enter content you are not authorized to share.

Plugin actions

The plugin can read care-planning information and, when the signed-in role permits it, update weekly plans or child attendance. Review requested changes before confirming them. FamilySpace role permissions and database access controls remain authoritative even when ChatGPT suggests an action.

Not an emergency or professional service

FamilySpace is not an emergency service and does not provide medical, legal, payroll, or other professional advice. Confirm urgent, health-related, safety-critical, and payment information directly with the appropriate people and professionals.

Service changes and availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the service. We may restrict or terminate access for misuse or risk to users or the service.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, Turnstone Tech disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
